Oana L. Militaru

Oana’s practice focuses on: lifetime and testamentary estate planning, including special needs planning; estate and gift taxation; providing specialized services to family businesses; estate and trust administration; estate and trust litigation; business formation, planning, and transactions, including real estate transactions.

Oana was a member of the committee tasked with drafting legislation to allow electronic wills in Illinois, (enacted July 26, 2021 as the Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act).
