Robert J. Morse

Rob counsels individuals, families and businesses on how best to sustain and transfer their wealth through sophisticated personal estate planning, business succession and entity structuring. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and implements a plan to achieve those goals while minimizing transfer and income taxes.

Rob has extensive experience advising executors, trustees and other fiduciaries on the administration of trusts and private foundations and is well-versed in all stages of estate administration. His practice also involves the preparation of individual and fiduciary income tax returns as well as estate and gift tax returns. Rob enjoys guiding clients through the complex laws governing wealth transfer taxation in a plain way which is straightforward and understandable.
